There are so many great recipes here. I can personally attest to the deliciousness of Kate McDermott’s apple pie recipe. She is the queen of pies!

It should be a fun thing to participate in. Everyone has a good curry in their culinary repertoire, in there is such difference across cultures and cuisines. It will be fascinating to put together.
