We are both rich cousins, who share the arrival of spring and the promise of hope with words, however difficult it sometimes is. How about some yogurt to complement this stew? Thank you for this lovely read.

When I see rhubarb, I first think of savoury dishes and this recipe is perfect.

This was so heartwarming, and a great reminder about the change of seasons, Nowruz and how we welcome it. The Rhubarb and lamb stew looks and sounds epic too! Thank you for sharing, Elizabeth!

Another beautiful (and hopeful) post! 💕 I love the idea of savory rhubarb dishes—I can’t wait for the first stalks to appear in stores this spring, so I can try this recipe!

A beautiful piece Elizabeth, I had not heard of Nowruz before. I read some in depth news pieces on the war yesterday and have been feeling heavy with despair. Your piece has bought tears to my eyes and allowed me to feel a little hope. Thank you.

What a beautiful piece about Nowruz. It’s never felt more important to acknowledge and welcome in Spring. Nature can’t be dealing with all this madness. 🌸🌷🌸
